Los Angeles Gladiators Sign Yaki

The Los Angeles Gladiators have announced they have signed DPS player Kim “Yaki” Jun-ki to their 2023 Overwatch League roster.

Yaki is no stranger to the competitive Overwatch scene competing for some respected teams in both the Overwatch League and the Contenders scene in Korea since 2016.

Since later 2019, Yaki has spent time with both the Florida Mayhem and most recently the New York Excelsior. This came after he competed with the famous Korean team RunAway where he won a season of Contenders: Korea and a 3rd place finish in the first Gauntlet event being shut out by ATL Academy in the Losers Finals marking the first time ever that RunAway had even been shut out in a series.
