Wasted Studios have taken to Twitter to reply to a question asking if they were still in business. The company had been asked if they did indeed file bankruptcy after it was discovered by The Geek Getaway that the company had been liquidated back in July 2021 according to North Data.
Wasted Studios made the following response to The Prince of Gaming:
Unfortunately that’s not correct. We are actively working on intellivison games and can’t wait until everyone get their hands on it!

Some who have been following the saga of the Intellivision Amico have been split on this response. While government filings must be accurate under law, it’s possible that some who had been with the studio have decided to continue on with the development of Moon Patrol.
