It seems that some major changes are coming to the New York Excelsior academy team XL2 Academy. The organization are looking to add players from New York to their roster for Contenders 2019 Season 1. Due to these changes, Liam “Mangachu“ Campbell, James “Cloneman16” D’Arcangelo, and Anthony “Goliath“ Pietro have all been released from the organization and enter free agency.
XL2 Academy finished in 3-4th place losing to ATL Academy (FKA Last Night’s Leftovers) in the Overwatch Contenders Season 3 semifinals.
