According to a report by ESPN, Hersh Family Investment and Interactive Group have made a substantial investment in the popular esports organization Team EnVyUs.
The investment group is led by Texas oil tycoon Kenneth Hersh and reportedly offered the organization an investment in the amount of $35 million. It’s also believed that one of the contingencies with the deal is that Team EnVyUs will have to move their headquarts from Charlotte North Carolina to Dallas Texas. It’s also believed that Dallas would be where their Overwatch League slot would be based at.
