Just days before CWL Anaheim 2017 takes place, Str8 Rippin announced their team lineup for Call of Duty. The team consists of Jeremy “StuDyy” Astacio, Richard “Ricky” Stacy, Jonathan “SinfuL” Baez, and Brandon “Dashy” Otell. The teams first event will be CWL Anaheim 2017 this weekend.
Str8 Rippin released the following statement..
Hey everyone,
First of all, I cannot even begin to explain how grateful we are for the unbelievable amount of support we have received from the community since we restarted Str8 Rippin 8 months ago. We are committed to creating the best possible Esports team experience for our players, staff, and fans. We believe that this announcement is another step toward making that a reality.
For the first time in an official capacity, Str8 Rippin will be attending and competing in a Call of Duty event. We are joining forces with Ricky, Studyy, Sinful, and Dashy to compete at the CWL Anaheim Open this weekend (June 16-18). Going in as a top seed in the Open Bracket, we are confident in this team’s ability to perform and compete with the best, and we can’t wait to support them from the crowd.

As a team, we have built up a lot of momentum, learned a lot of valuable lessons, and have really started to define what our future is going to look like. While we are still exploring exactly what we would like to accomplish in Call of Duty, we knew we wanted to start the journey with this group of players.
We will continue to update you all on our journey to Anaheim, success during the event, and our goals and accomplishments once the dust settles. Be sure to follow @Str8Rippin on Twitter for all of the latest.
Welcome @RickyStacy, @JeremyStuD, @SinfuL_JB, and @DashySZN to the squad! We'll see you at CWL Anaheim 2017! #Str8https://t.co/56cRCkUHSY pic.twitter.com/bazITClRKR
