Nintendo Files Another Lawsuit Against ROM Website

Nintendo are back at it again going after websites that feature ROMs of their properties. The company are now suing against RomUniverse and are seeking $150,000 for each copyright infringement, and up to $2 million for each trademark infringement.

This comes just one day after Nintendo won a case in the UK high court against piracy websites.
