Unshō Ishizuka Passes Away At Age 67

Sad news to report as Japanese voice actor Unshō Ishizuka has passed away at the age of 67 after a long battle with esophageal cancer.

Ishizuka started his career in 1984 as a narrator for the show Giant Gorg. Most fans in Japan will know him for his roles in TV shows such as Initial D (Bunta Fujiwara), Yu-Gi-Oh! (Gozaburo Kaiba), and One Piece (Kizaru). He also made several roles in various video games including Pokémon Snap, Radiata Stories, Dead or Alive 5, Tekken 7, Mario Party 5, and Shin Megami Tensei: Strange Journey.
