Unreleased Dinosaur Planet N64 Build Dumped Online

Thanks to video game archivist Forest of Illusion, a prototype of Rareware’s Dinosaur Planet has now been archived online for everyone to enjoy.

Dinosaur Planet was originally in development for the Nintendo 64, but at one point development was haulted and moved over the the GameCube. It was then reskinned and adjusted and saw a release in 2002 as the Star Fox title Star Fox Adventures.

So far there has been such a demand to download the ROM on their official website that their server got overloaded. This has resulted in them also uploading it to archive.org.

It’s also worth noting that this build is from late 2000 and was around the time they started transitioning it into a Star Fox title. Hence why there are so many Star Fox elements.
