Ubisoft Reportedly Giving NFTs To Developers

NFTs has received massive backlash amongst the gaming community and Ubisoft seem to be the only major developers to not be backing down. In fact, sources for Kotaku are now reporting that Ubisoft have “started giving out special NFTs to some members of the Ghost Recon team to “celebrate” the series’ 20th anniversary.”

These NFTs have allegedly been Ghost Recon Breakpoint hats.

Kotaku were also shown Ubisoft’s internal social media hub MANA with an overwhelming number of staff vocally showing their destain for NFTs and the Ubisoft Quartz platform.

Ubisoft have not responded to Kotaku’s request for comment.
