Some more great new s for video game preservation as the amazing folks over at Forest of Illuision were able to archive and dump a prototype of Shadowgate for the Nintendo Famicom.
Originally developed by Kemco, this prototype is dated November 1988 which is four months before the final version launched in Japan. There have been some small differences noticed so far with differences in the game’s script and minor graphical changes.
