PhantomL0rd Considering Legal Action Against Twitch

PhantomL0rd is back and posted a video on his YouTube hinting that he is considering taking legal action against Twitch. PhantomL0rd (real name James Varga) stated..

As many of you are already aware, there is an ongoing dispute between myself and Twitch.TV. As a result of this dispute, I am not currently providing content through Twitch.TV. While I cannot and will not comment on the substance of this dispute, I assure you that I am considering all of my legal options and am looking forward to exerting my rights to the fullest extent of the law.

Varga was involved in a huge CS:GO scandal last year where he actually had a greater degree of business in CSGOShuffle than what he publicly stated. This information was obtained through several logs by eSports veteran journalist Richard Lewis. After this news broke and Steam issued a statement saying they were not involved with any gambling websites, PhantomL0rd was banned from Twitch due to a violation of their Terms of Service.
