InnoGames Opens Offices To Subtenants

Some great news out of Germany as InnoGames have announced they are once again renting out their office space at their headquarters in Hamburg. This is being targeted specifically to startups and will offer flexible services as well as flat-rate rents.

InnoGames had previously done something similar to this as back in 2013 the company launched the InnoHub which offered start-ups a home on over 1,000 square meters. This has to be ended due to the company growing and needing the space.

Michael Zillmer, Co-Founder and COO of InnoGames, said in a press release:

“We have fond memories of the first InnoHub and thought it was a shame when we had to close it because we needed the space – even though that was the plan from the start. But that was before the pandemic and before our hybrid working model. We are taking the changed situation as an opportunity to revive the idea – with certain changes. Friction is known to generate warmth and who knows what great encounters and projects will arise again from the physical proximity with our new subtenants. We are already excited!”

InnoGames are best known for mobile titles such as Sunrise Village, Rise of Cultures,
Forge of Empires, and Tribal Wars.
