Nintendo Warns Consumers Of Fake Websites And Scams

If the demand is there, someone will do shady stuff and Nintendo is no exception. Nintendo of Japan have released a statement warning consumers that fake websites have started popping up and attempting to scam customers around the world.

These sites are using official Nintendo branding and “selling” Nintendo products at a discounted price. The company are notifying according agencies around the world and are getting these sites shut down as soon as possible.

We here at Gaming Conviction would like to remind you that if something is to good to be true it usually is.
