Journalist Claims That Goldeneye 007 Remaster Could Be Announced Within “Next Couple Of Weeks”

In the latest episode of GrubbSnax, Venturebeat journalist Jeff Grubb said that Microsoft are likely to announced that Goldeneye 007 is being remastered for modern consoles.

While the show is behind a paywall, the folks over at Video Game Chronicle were able to transcribe that part of the episode. Grubb said:

“I think that Microsoft is going to be the one to announce that first. I think this game is probably coming pretty soon, I’m thinking next couple of weeks.”

Goldeneye 007 has been one of the most requested games for a remaster for several years now, but has really not been able to be attempted due to various licensing issues from different companies.
