Huge Name Leaves Konami

As if Dan Adelman leaving Nintendo wasn’t already big news enough. Just mere days after that announcement, another huge name is leaving another major game publisher. Today, Dave Cox, producer of Castlevania: Lords of Shadows, announced to Twitter that he will be leaving Konami. Below is the Tweet…

 

“After 17 years I have decided to leave Konami to explore new opportunities. Today is my final day with the company.”

 

Cox got his start at Konami as the product manager for Castlevania: Symphony of the Night. He later went on to help with famous games such as Silent Hill and Metal Gear Solid.
