While Xbox One owners will be able to experience Gears of War 4 in HDR, it seems it will not be supported on Windows 10. PezRader did later state that it could be added after launch if the demand is there. Stating..
“I agree some PC users connect into HDR tvs but as of now we do not have support for it. We may incorporate it in a later update though if demand grows.”
