Dragon Quest Producer Leaves Square Enix

Some major news out of Japan as Dragon Quest series producer Ryota Aomi has announced he has left Square Enix.

Aomi stated the following:

I have retired from Square Enix. We apologize for the sudden report.

13 years at Square Enix, about 16 years at Dragon Quest. Thank you very much to all users, everyone involved, and everyone at Square Enix!
