Corsair Announces Void Line of Headsets

Corsair have announced the Void Surround and Void Wireless RGB headsets that will be compatible across Xbox One, Playstation 4, and PC.

Corsair Product Manager for Gaming Headsets, Joshua LaTendresse, released this comment…

“Most gamers don’t play on just one platform, so we wanted to build a headset that can be used anywhere. With Void Surround, that’s exactly what we created: the unrivaled comfort and epic immersion of Void is now universally compatible with any gaming platform.”

The Void Surround line will feature a Dolby 7.1 Surround Sound card for thos who use it on PC while also including a 3.5mm connector for those looking to use it on Playstation 4, Xbox One, and mobile devices. It will also feature 50mm neodymium drivers that will be underneath the memory-foam ear pads.

The Void Wirelss RGB will consist of the same features, but will also feature RGB lighting and a 2.4 GHz wireless connectivity range with a range of up to 40 feet. Corsair also noted that this battery should go from fully charged to empty after 16 hours of gameplay use.

The Void Surround costs $80 while the Void Wireless RGB costs $130. Both of these are now available to purchase on Corsair’s website.
