Warner Bros. Interactive released a 626MB patch to a small group of Steam users who agreed to play beta builds of Batman: Arkham Knight. They all said that the new patch worked wonders and fixed most of the problems PC gamers have had since its initial release. Sadly, Warner Bros. pulled the patch hours after its release due to the patch being released ahead of schedule.

The beta participants were quick go on Steam’s discussion board to talk about how well the patch worked. All the launch problems were resolved as well as a steady frame rate. One beta user who goes by Saerydoth commented by saying…

“Holy…wow. Just opted into the beta patch. EVERYTHING maxed, all gameworks settings on. 4GB used out of 6 (980ti). Constant 60fps. I think I might’ve dropped to 55 once when driving but it’s butter smooth.”

Another user even took a screenshot to show the new graphics options as well as showing how much V-ram was being used.
