Australia Proposes Making Loot Box Games Automatically Rated Mature

First reported by Rock Paper Shotgun, Australia has proposed a bill that would make games containing with digital gambling to receive an automatic M for Mature rating. This would be done through the National Classification Scheme and would mark games containing loot boxes their Mature rating (15+) and anything with simulated gambling an R18+ rating.

These proposed changes would still require agreements from states and territories to be finalized.
