The lineup for Echo Fox’s Challenger team has been announced at it five legends in the world of League of Legends.
The roster includes Michael “Imaqtpie” Santana, Marcus “Dyrus” Hill, William “scarra” Li, Danny “Shiphtur” Le, and Joedat “Voyboy” Esfahani. The team will be coached by LCS analyst Mark “MarkZ” Zimmerman
When asked about joining the team Dyrus stated..
“I said I closed the book on my professional story, but I’m opening it back up again. I missed the energy of the crowd and the thrill of competition, and with a great player-focused organization like Echo Fox behind us, I get to focus on playing how I want to play.”
Echo Fox owner Rick Fox also stated..
“You have to be in it to win it, and every one of these players has proved this time and time again, whether competing professionally or building their own brands and identities through livestreaming. These are tremendous athletes with tremendous identities.”
With 5 legends in the world of League of Legends along with the backing of former NBA player Rick Fox, it will be interesting to see what the future holds for Echo Fox.
