Nintendo have announced today the virtual console will not be available for Nintendo Switch at launch. Saying in a Press Release..
“Virtual Console games will not be available on Nintendo Switch at launch. We will share more information in the future.”
In addition, the company also announced that you will be able to purchase digital Switch games through Nintendo.com. You will need to be connected to the internet and the game will download directly to the Switch at home, or on the go.
Switch will release worldwide on March 3.
