During an event in Berlin Germany, Breath of the Wild Producer Eiji Aonuma revealed that there will be an alternate ending in the game, but will require certain criteria to be met. Aonuma said..
“If you do a few things [in Breath of the Wild] you may see a different ending.” Aonuma also added there will be a “normal ending” but a “few things” will need to be done to see the alternative ending. Aonuma did not go into any details on how this would be obtained.
The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild will release on March 3 for Wii U and Switch.
