More good news for video game preservation as archive.org user AceArroww has uploaded 11 different builds of the cancelled DS port of Blur.
This port would have been published by Activision and developed by Firebrand Games who also developed the DS ports of Trackmania and Need for Speed titles.
The project, known as Project Freeze, was never publicly announced and the reason why Activision cancelled the project is unknown. Some have speculated is it due to licensing with vehicle manufacturers as license cars were used up until the Milestone 6 build of the game. Cars included BMW M3, Ford Focus RS, Dodge Challenger, and C3 Corvette.
