Nintendo of America Receipts Second Labor Complaint

As reported by Axios, Nintendo of America and Aston Carter have received a second labor complaint for alleged violation of the National Labor Relations Act.

This case was filed this past Monday and alleges that the company created “coercive rules” and may have retaliated against an employee or employees for engaging in protective activity. This could mean anything from employees being prevented to forming a union to discussing pay among coworkers.
