AEW Tag-Team To Change Name To Avoid Nintendo Lawsuit

According to a report by PWInsider, the All Elite Wrestling tag-team of Super Smash Bros. will be changing their names in order to avoid a lawsuit with Nintendo.

The tag-team of Stupefied and Player Uno have competed as a tag-team under the name Super Smash Bros. for some time on the independent circuit, but now that they are wrestling for a company that will have their own show air on TNT, the group will have to change their name.

It’s unknown what the team will be rebranded as at the time of publishing.
