North American retailer Best Buy are being accused of using bait-and-switch tactics on those purchasing a Playstation 4 bundle. The retailer had a special on the Playstation 4 Uncharted 4 Bundle that also included the recently announced Platinum Wireless Headset for the price of $299.
However, many were quick to note that when they looked on their orders the original listing had changed. The updated listing no longer includes the Playstation 4 Platinum Wireless Headset as the images alone prove.
It’s also worth mentioning that Best Buy does have a policy in which they are able to cancel any order that they deem was a mistake due to a negligent mistake on their end.
