Daisuke Sato Passes Away

Sad news to report as Mainichi has confirmed that Daisuke Sato died at the age of 52 due to ischemic heart disease on March 22.

Sato was best known as the creator of the popular Japanese manga High School of the Dead and worked on video games, including War in Vietnam, Escort Fleet, Return to Europa, and Red Sun Black Cross.
