Hotel That Use To Be Nintendo Headquarters Now Taking Reservations

If you are a Nintendo fan and can find a way to Japan then you might be happy to know thanks to Japanese outlet Game Watch we have learned that Plan Do See have started allowing reservations for their hotel known as “Marufukurou.”

Officially opening in April, this hotel is located in Kagiya-cho, Kyoto and use to be Nintendo’s headquarters. Marufukurou is a reference to Marufuku Co. which was the original name of Nintendo when the company was created in 1889 and started creating playing cards.

Room rates start from JPY 100,000 ($874.21 USD) per night for 2 people (including breakfast, dinner, drinks and light meals). The hotel also only contains 18 guest rooms including 7 suites.
