GTA Modders Fighting Back Against Take-Two Interactive Lawsuit

Thanks to Libertycity.net, we have learned that the creators of the popular Grand Theft Auto mods reVC and re3 are fighting back against their ongoing lawsuit with Rockstar Games’ parent company Take-Two Interactive.

New documents released on November 12 found that attorneys for the modders are denying Take-Two Interactive’s accusations of copyright infringement. Their biggest points against the company is that they have been supportive of modding in previous years, no source files were changed, the creators do not reside in the United States, and that the mods were distributed free of charge.
