Thanks to WIPO Patient Scope, Sony Interactive Entertainment have filed a new patient for “targeted gaming news and content feeds.” This patient was filed on November 21, 2019 and was just published today.
This patient would mean that it would be possible to provide the user with the latest in gaming news and media through a separate app and be based off the users search history.
Some speculate that it could just be connected to the Playstation Blog, but there is no confirmation that it will even be featured in the Playstation 5 at the time of publishing.
