The San Francisco Shock have announced they have signed Sean Taiyo “ta1yo“ Henderson to their roster.
Ta1yo has had one of the best stories in the Overwatch scene as he placed himself as inactive as a member of JUPITER in Japan to join North American team Third Impact on loan. This saw Ta1yo move from Japan to Georgia to pursue his eventual goal of making it to the Overwatch League.
Ta1yo also becomes the first player from Japan to join the Overwatch League and represented his home country of Japan during the past three Overwatch World Cup events.
