Infinity Ward Co-founder Vince Zampella Passes Away

As first reported by NBC4 Investigates, Vince Zampella has passed away due to a single-vehicle crash at the age of 55.

Zampella had a huge influence among the video game industry as the co-founder of both Respawn Entertainment and Infinity Ward. The later led to the creation of the Call of Duty franchise which has gone on to become of the best-selling video game franchises in history.

Infinity Ward released the following statement following the news of his death:
