During their recent conference call, Activision CEO Eric Hirshberg hyped the upcoming release of Call of Duty: Black Ops 3. Hirshberg stated that this upcoming installment in the Call of Duty franchise is “simply awesome.” Below is an excerpt from the conference call…
“We couldn’t be more excited about the launch this Friday. The strong momentum is indicated by a number of factors, but just to name a few, the growing engagement across the past Black Ops titles, the significant year on year lift in pre-orders, consumer sentiment around our marketing assets, which is more positive for Black Ops III than any Call of Duty title on record. The great partnrship with Sony across consumer, trade and custom PS4 bundles, and our ranking as Nielsen’s number one most anticipated game title of the year.
Even more importantly, we’ve got the game, and it’s simply awesome. With innovations across single player, multiplayer, and of course, zombies, Black Ops III has more content, more surprises packed inside than any game we’ve made to date.”
