Rumor: Microsoft To Acquire Playground Games

Rumors are quickly circulating that Microsoft will be purchasing Playground Games. This comes after the UK Government’s Companies House uploaded two PDF files revealing that Keith Ranger Dolliger was appointed their new director of May 29.

Dolliger also has the title of Vice President and Deputy General Counsel, Business and Corporate Development at Microsoft and has previously been appointed to director of several companies that Microsoft acquired. This includes Lionhead, Rare, Skype, Havok, and LinkedIn.

Playground Games was founded in 2010 and have worked on the Forza Horizon series.
