A Reddit user named AtomicCat_ was browsing Ebay and noticed an ad for an unreleased Switch game titled Immortal Redneck. AtomicCat purchased the item and afterwards the game activated. What makes this intriguing is that the game is scheduled for release on May 10, meaning that this was a review copy under an embargo.
Crema, the developers of Immortal Redneck, noticed the transaction happened and let the buyer keep his copy of the game and thanks to the key and Ebay ID, the company were able to track down the original sellers. The name of the person who uploaded the early review code has not been made public.
