CyberConnect2 have announced they will be opening a third studio within Japan with this latest one being set to open in Spring 2024 in Osaka.
This new studio will work alongside the Fukuoka and Tokyo studios to create upcoming titles.
In addition, the company also revealed they are completely overhauling their salary system. This new system will focus primarily with recent graduates which will have them be evaluated for an “Intermediate” salary. The system goes as follows:
- Junior – Monthly salary from 321,000 yen
- Intermediate – Monthly salary from 270,000 yen
