It’s been known for some time that there have been numerous attempts and pitches to make a sequel to Rockstar Games’ Bully.
According to Rockstar insider Tez2, Bully 2 started developing in 2016 or 2017 and was cancelled some time in 2017 to either finish up development of Red Dead Redemption 2 or to put more resources on the the development of Grand Theft Auto VI.
What makes this more credible is another well known Rockstar inside who goes by Yan2295 backed up this claim via Reddit.
