
More great news for video game preservation as someone from the Hidden Palace community have uploaded the final build of the U.S. version of Mr. Gimmick.
This prototype dated June 18, 1992 would have been the final version that could have hit store shelves had it not been cancelled in the region.
There are some similarities between the U.S version with both its Japanese and European counterparts. One is that you start the game with 4 lives much like the Japanese version. European players received 8.
