Street Fighter V Producer Explains Why Rainbow Mika’s Butt Slap Was Taken Out

Capcom has made some tweaks to Street Fighter V between betas, but one thing everyone was quick to notice was the removal of Rainbow Mika’s butt slap during her Critical Art activation.

In an interview with UOL Jogos, Street Fighter V Producer Yoshinori Ono that the decision was from the development team themselves. Stating…

“We didn’t make any change because of external influences. Those changes came up internally. We decided to remove [R. Mika’s butt slap] because we want the biggest possible number of people to play, and we don’t want to have something in the game that might make someone uncomfortable.”

Street Fighter V will be released on Playstation 4 and PC on February 16.
