Shenmue 3 Producer Cedric Biscay recently revealed on Twitter that Shenmue 3 is already in a playable testing condition, but noted that it’s still very far away from showing footage to the general public.
The first tweet stated..
“Last week, I got the opportunity to enjoy a first playable testing version of a #shenmue3 stage. It’s enough to make me happy :)”
Biscay also revealed in a couple of other tweets that the studio is currently working on testing the engine, which is why it can’t be shown to the public as well as stating that they are doing their absolute best to make sure that physical copies of the game are available in the most countries possible.
