YouTuber Doctre81 found a LinkedIn profile that hints that Ridge Racer 8 could be a Switch exclusive and the possibility that Metroid Prime 4 is developed by Bandai Namco. The profile belongs to Shawn Pitman, the Lead Designer at Bandai Namco’s Singapore studio.
The profile mentions Ridge Racer 8 as a “Drift-based high speed car racing exclusive to the Nintendo Switch.”
The same profile also shows an “unannounced IP” that is a first-person shooter and adventure game. It mentions that concepts were designed to meet Nintendo’s requirements, which has led some to believe this is related to Metroid Prime 4.
Neither Bandai Namco nor Nintendo have commented on the rumors.
