Rumors have circulated that Halo Wars: Definitive Edition could be coming to PC via Steam. This comes after famed Halo modder Gamecheat13 posted an image on Twitter showing a screenshot of the build with an error message asking him to reconnect to Steam.

Gamecheat13 is known in the Halo community after he was banned from Xbox Live after leaking the Halo Wars 2 soundtrack.
Some consider it to be a build that never saw further development after it was included with Halo Wars 2 and Microsoft’s big push for the Microsoft Store and the Play Anywhere campaign.
