It seems that after many years of begging amongst fans, an Alan Wake Remastered is in development and will see a release on the Epic Games Store. This is thanks to Epic Games data tracker EpicData which was found in a cloud save folder.
Alan Wake originally released back in 2010 and launched the same week as Red Dead Redemption selling a mere 145,000 copies in its first week compared to Red Dead’s 1.5 million. The game has since gone on to sell over 3 million copies thanks to the Xbox 2011 Holiday Bundle, a release for Xbox One in 2016, and word-of-mouth.
