Nintendo To Skip Gamescom 2022

In a statement to German outlet Games Wirtschaft, Nintendo confirmed they will not be attending Gamescom 2022.

The company told the outlet:

“Gamescom is a key event in Nintendo’s calendar of events. This year, however, after careful consideration, we have decided against participating in Cologne.”

Instead the company said they will be showcasing Switch titles “at numerous events throughout Germany.”
