Nintendo No Longer Repairing Wii Consoles

It’s officially another end to an era for Nintendo as the company have listed on their American website they are no longer repairing Wii consoles. The listing notes:

Nintendo no longer offer repairs for Wii systems. However, many issues can be resolved by following the troubleshooting steps on our support site.

In addition, Nintendo of Japan have also revealed they will not be repairing consoles within the country starting March 31.

The company noted the reason was due to them starting to have trouble finding replacement parts for the console.
