One of the most popular games for the Nintendo Wii was New Super Mario Bros. and rightfully so. Just like its predecessors, it is very popular among the speedrunning community and today somebody was able to set a new world record for the game.
A player who goes by Auchgard was able to set a new world record for New Super Mario Bros. Wii under the Any% categroy. Auchgard did it with a time of 25 minutes 22 seconds. This beats the previous world record held by RaikerZ and their time of 25 minutes 28 seconds. It’s also worth noting that RaikerZ’s time was the the world record time for 3 years.
