Logitech have announced they have plans to acquire Blue Microphones for $117 million. Blue are the makers of the popular Yeti and Snowball microphones that many streamers and YouTubers use around the world.
Blue CEO John Maier said in a statement:
“With Logitech’s vast resources and incredible reach, Blue will be on a much bigger stage from the beginning. The end result is fulfilling our ultimate purpose – helping as many of our users find and amplify their voice as we can!”
Logitech said that Blue have “some great new products in development.”
