While leaks are nothing new in the days leading up to E3 every year, we’ve never seen much when it comes to someone coming out and spoiling a majority of the announcements by themselves. However, it seems that one person has before they even spoiled anything from a certain company.
According to jounralist and leaker “Sabi“, they have received a cease and desist from Nintendo so they do not reveal any private trade secrets from Nintendo co ltd. After reaching out to other journalist, it has been confirmed that the lawyer in said C&D is a real lawyer and does represent Nintendo.
This comes after Sabi leaked (and accurately) over 24 spoilers for the Xbox and Bethesda E3 press conferences. Sabi did note that while he will not be saying anything for Nintendo, he will continue to do so from other companies.
