Great news for fans of the Earth Defense Force games as Xseed Games have announced that both Earth Defense Force 4.1: The Shadow of New Despair and Earth Defense Force 2: Invaders from Planet Space to North America. Earth Defense Force 4.1 will be released on Playstation 4 while Earth Defense Force 2 will be released on PS Vita.
Earth Defense Force 4.1 is an enhanced port of Earth Defense Force 2025 and will cost $49.99 upon release. Earth Defense Force 2 was a Playstation 2 game that was only released in Europe and Japan and this will be the first time the game has been available in North America.
Both of these games will be available on December 8.
